General Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Inspection of returned items takes 3–7 business days after we receive them.

Swimwear Returns
Swimwear can be returned only if:
all original tags are intact,
the hygiene sticker is present,
the item has not been worn, washed, or tried on in a way that leaves traces.

Returns of Other Products
Other eligible products may be returned within 14 days if:
the item is unused and in new condition,
original packaging is preserved,
the product is complete and undamaged.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Provide photos or video proof.
3. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
We cover all shipping costs for defective/incorrect items.

Non-returnable Items
Underwear and shapewear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Swimwear without hygiene sticker or missing tags is non-returnable.

How to Request a Return
