Order Processing

• Once processed, your order is transferred to the carrier and assigned a tracking number.
Tracking Information
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing:
• your tracking number,
• a link to track your shipment online.
If you do not receive this email, please contact us at info@shapewear.com, and we will resend your tracking details.
Delivery Delays
Occasionally, shipments may take longer than expected due to carrier delays, customs inspections, or holiday periods.
If your package has been in transit for more than 16 business days, please reach out to us — we will request an update from the logistics provider.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be delivered, the customer assumes responsibility for the loss or additional shipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit:

Order Changes & Cancellations
We can modify or cancel an order only before it has been shipped.
Once the package is transferred to the carrier, changes are no longer possible.
